Do you mean she married someone in the military and he's been posted out of the area?

Do you currently have a visitation order in place and do you exercise that visitation? If so, the courts may not grant permission to move the children unless you agree. Yes, I will not even try and guess at what you are asking, Can you come and "answer" your own question and provide us more details to who has custody, is this military, is there a court order for custody an visits ?

Yes there is a court order. She is the sole conservator.I am the possessory conservator. Neither her or I is in the miliatery

I live in Texas.she has custody.she keeps the kids from me at times like if there are sick or if I don't pay child support when she thinks I should. Her new husband has a history durg charges and has served time iin jail for it. She has keeped the kids from me when her mother was harassing her via text,email,voicemail.she asked for a jeep in the divorce witch she was aworded.she was having trouble with it. She asked for me and my girl friend to take it back. Then when we went to court she told the judge that she asked me to fix the jeep. She never asked me to fix the jeep I told that I was going to sell it because I could not aford the payment of the jeep and child support. The jeep was finaced in my name throu my bank.

OK, if you can prove that the boyfriend presents a danger to the your children, you may be able to have custody changed. But A "history" of charges may not be enough.

As for keeping the children from you. I can understand if they are sick, but support payments and visitation are separate. So if you refuses your scheduled visitation, then you take her back to court for contempt of court charges.
