I was married over in russia in 1995 brought her to the states. We lived together for 3yrs and then she started hammering me about getting her citizenship. She got her citizenship and soon after evevthing changed . Restraining orders with no evidence and then divorce. I really feel used. We have 2 kids together and we are still in and out of court for the last 10years. I want to turn this into ICE.

What is your question? The info on ICE is certainly available on line.

You are attempting to get her deported, leaving your children here, in the US, without their mother?

If she is a citizen, it's pretty much all over as far as reporting anyone for anything.

With that fact pattern, it will be difficult to prove up the level of fraud required for revocation of her permanent residence. I understand your feelings about the situation, but was it really fraud or just a bad marriage?

Have you considered letting this go and trying to be as positive as you can? If you are in contention over your children then try to stick to that. Dreaming of revenge is comforting but a waste of energy right now. Are you seeing your children and are you making sure they view your in a good light? If you are hostile towards their mother they may not ever feel close to you.

Act like a loving father in all you do. Do you think bring immigration problems to their mother will be viewed positively by them now or in the future? When they grow up and gain life perspective they will see that you trove to stay in their lives.

One other thing - you have to acknowledge your role in this situation so that you forgive yourself and then her. It is never one sided. Was your mistake not knowing her long enough before marriage? Did you go to Russia with the express purpose of getting a Russian woman? What were your motives and were they smart and/or reasonable? You are not stupid, if you had a short association before your married, you were taking a big risk that your goals were compatible with hers. You were hopeful of finding someone good but you were nieve in thinking that you could judge a her character in a short time.
