    Hampton bay fan light remote?
I can't seem to get one of my remotes for the light/fan to work. I just moved into a new house and have fan/light in 2 rooms, one room works no problem... I can't seem to get the other room to work remotely. I changed the batteries and the red ligt still comes on when you press any buttons but nothing happens to the light or fan. Help!

Open the hand held and then open the canopy at the ceiling. The hand held and the receiver both have several small dip switches, compare their positions, they must match 100%. If that is not the problem come back and tell us, could be a faulty receiver
