    I'm 16 and I want to move out how can I do without the court getting involved
    Cause my parents don't have a problem with that

    You can't move out on your own because you can't legally enter into a contract.

    If your parents will just let you go then you can go, now the issue is if you get into any trouble, your parents will have to sign for you a place to live, if you get into any debt, they can be held liable.
