Move to where? What about food? School? Buying clothes and stuff?

Your parents don't care if you stay or go?

You can't move out on your own because you can't legally enter into a contract.

To help you we need to know more about the situation including ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

If your parents will just let you go then you can go, now the issue is if you get into any trouble, your parents will have to sign for you a place to live, if you get into any debt, they can be held liable.
