    Chubby belly.
    Even though I'm 9st, I have loads of flab, and a bit of beer belly-ive never been able to get rid of it, and I do around 150 crunches everyday, and I eat a very healthy diet,in fact I don't think I've eaten any fast food in months, and I only really ever eat salad.
    So any suggestions on how to get rid of this beer belly would be very helpful thankyou:)

    Crunches are chrunches, and if you are doing, as you say, l50 crunches a day you should have excellent stomach muscles and you don't. Quantity doesn't always mean perfection. You can l50 and not achieve anything if you are not holding your stomach muscles firm while you crunch, and breath properly to erate your blood, therefore feeding your muscles with more oxygen.

    Same goes for heating healthy, Gracey. What is your definition of 'healthy eating'?

    My suggestion is do 25 crunches the proper way each day, concentrating on holding your stomach muscles firm, and breathing properly. I think you will get results, not exactly instantly, but over a good period.

    Some people with excessive belly fat never lose it all because it has been accumulated over time, and of course, age makes a difference. I don't know what you mean by 'even though I'm 9st'; exactly how old are you ?
