Even though I'm 9st, I have loads of flab, and a bit of beer belly-ive never been able to get rid of it, and I do around 150 crunches everyday, and I eat a very healthy diet,in fact I don't think I've eaten any fast food in months, and I only really ever eat salad.
So any suggestions on how to get rid of this beer belly would be very helpful thankyou:)
