I like my best friend (both girls)
Ok, so I'm a young girl (teen) and I think I'm bisexual or lesbian. I have this really close friend named Brianna that I have been having feelings for. And I think she likes me too. She is bi curious. So one day we were having a sleepover, like we do all the time, and our sleepovers usually consist of doing regular teen girl stuff but when we go to sleep, we are in the same bed and she is always the one to try to hold my hand and get really close to me and cuddle. I like it but Im afraid doing things like this will ruin our friendship. When I was about half asleep, I woke up to hear her crying because her boyfriend just broke up with her. (she found out she was being cheated on). Again, she's bi curious. And I gave her a hug and told her that he wasn't worth it. I was saying a lot of things to calm her but for some reason, I accidentally said "it's ok because I can have you now." I froze right after that. She looked at me for a moment. The room was dark with a thin light dimmed, making a nice complexion of the skin on her face. We were looking directly at each other and so I said 'I'm really sorry... I didn't know what I was saying'... and then she interrupted me and said 'don't me sorry. I always wanted you. I just never had the guts to tell you.'
Then she very slowly and gently lay me down on the bed and she hovered over me for a moment then kissed me. Over and over. Her kiss was so different from any other guys I kissed. I felt chills. She kissed me one last time and pulled her face away slowly. She laid next to me and wrapped her arms around my body. She whispered goodnight in my ear. And then I fell asleep. But the next morning, I woke up to her mom looking at us, still in the same position. She obviously wasn't happy at all. Brianna wasn't awake but when her mom left the room, I got my stuff together and walked home. (our houses are close together). My family wasn't home so I drove out to the store and bought a bouquet of roses, but I took one out and replaced it with a fake rose. I snuck to her house again to leave it in her bed next to her. But before I did, I wrote a little note with the bouquet of roses that said "no matter what happens, I will love you until the last rose dies."
Then I walked home again in the freezing cold and I was wearing short shorts and a tank top (stupid me.) and halfway back to my house I heard someone calling my name. It was Brianna. She ran to me and hugged me with tears in her eyes. She said they were happy tears. We both said I love you, and kissed. I wanted her to come home with me but I didn't want her in even more trouble. So we both went home and she texted me saying she encouraged her mom not to tell my parents and we can still see each other. But one thing I still can't decide is if I should date her. I dated a friend and it ruined us. I never wanted that to happen between brianna and I. So I need your advice and help. Thank you!

When friends date, it changes the friendship. It will never be quite the same. I say don't date, and keep the friendship, just because at such young ages, feelings change, sometimes suddenly, faster for one than the other most times, and feelings are hard to cope with when they do change so quickly for one and not the other.
Heck we all have our hands full dealing with ourselves, and OUR feelings, let alone having someone else, and THEIR feelings to deal with!

I really do want to be with her but since we r really close friends, I'm afraid I will ruin it. She is too much of a special person for me to lose. But I just don't know how to tell her that we shouldn't be together :-/

Friends can have fun without hugging, kissing, or labels, and titles. Say no to those things, just as you would with guy friends. If she can't get with that, she isn't much of a friend then is she?
Her not willing to be just a good friend will sucks as much as her disappointment at not getting what she wants from you, but its honest. She will get over her dissapointment... hopefully.
See how complicated things get when you throw sex, kissing, and hugging in the game? Don't worry though, it happens that way with adults too, even old adults who are supposed to know what they are doing.

I think if I give her a good reason why we shouldn't date, she would understand. She is like the most understandable person I know. But telling her is stressing for me
