    Delay in deep well pump starting.
    When the low pressure switch trips to turn on the pump, there is a delay that has been increasing. During this delay the water stoops flowing. The system recovers when the pump actually starts.

    Try cleaning the contact points. Turn off the power and give each set two or three strokes with an emory board.
