    I am having low tummy pain and I took a pergnancy test could I be pregnant
    My period is delaying and I am having lower abdominal pain and I took a pregnancy test twice it was negative could I still be pregnant

    Almost certainly not. For some reason, your period is a bit late but you are getting the cramps. The flow is likely to follow.

    If used at the right time, home tests are pretty reliable

    Just remember to take a pregnancy test soon, like in a week or so just in case. But I am sure you are ust a little late, and the pains are just your period symptoms. But if you don't hit your period, I would see a doctor to be sure it isn't serious.

    Have you gained any recent weight?
    Do you have morning sickness?
