Almost certainly not. For some reason, your period is a bit late but you are getting the cramps. The flow is likely to follow.

If used at the right time, home tests are pretty reliable

Just remember to take a pregnancy test soon, like in a week or so just in case. But I am sure you are ust a little late, and the pains are just your period symptoms. But if you don't hit your period, I would see a doctor to be sure it isn't serious.
