    1998 Honda chugging and then will not start
    We have a Honda Civic, 1998. After a long trip on the freeway upon exiting it chugged and stalled. This had never happened before... it did start again but continued to chug. We got new plugs and it ran OK but would chug every once and a while for a month.

    This morning got in and tried to start it and it chugged and staled and now will not start... we have charged the battery. It turns over but will not start up. Can you help?

    Replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil should solve the problem:
