    1995 Honda Civic Ex will not start
    Hell-o. Tuesday night I was headed to work and stopped to get a cup of coffee. When I came out my 1995 Honda Civic with about 250,000 miles would not start. With the key in the on position the dash lights all come on. When I turn the key to start the only thing that happens is the lights on the ac flicker. The headlights and power windows and everything else works but the starter doesn't even click. The only thing I can think of is the switch showing that the clutch is depressed. My wife pulled the car off and it started after about 5 feet. Any ideas? Thanks

    Remove and fully charge, or replace, the battery. Most auto parts stores will do this for free.
