    1995 honda civic no start
I'm working on 95 honda civic for no start. I have fuel at the injectors and spark at each spark plug. No dtc. Have checked compression good. To check if the timing belt has jumped I need to know the timing marks. Also have checked the 5v ref. at the map sensor.

Internal distributor sensors (CKP, TDC, and CYL) may be bad. This is a common problem and requires replacing the distributor housing. Reuse your ICM and coil. We've had very bad results with new aftermarket housings--use genuine Honda only.

I've had the started checked and it doesn't seem to be the problem. Someone said something about a safety neutral switch but I'm...

1995 Honda Civic won't start? [ 4 Answers ]

Hi, my '95 Honda Civic first wouldn't start about 2 weeks ago; it had sat for 2 days in sub freezing WNY weather (less than half a tank of gas), and wouldn't start. Battery is new and was turning, so I thought it was perhaps frozen fuel lines. I added some gas and some Gas X product, and after a...

1.5 liter engine will turn over but will not start on it's own. If you spray carb cleaner in it it will start and run great after that. You then can shut it off and it restarts fine as long as you don't wait longer then 30 min. We swapped out distributors, fuel pressure regulator, fuel relay,...
