    How do I lose weight?
    I'm 5'7 and 153 lbs I really want to lose some weight especially because of my 36DD that just make me so uncomfortable. I can't seem to stick to anythung I have tryied weight watchers and that didn't work. Does anyone have some sugestions that can help me stick to a healthy life style?

    Plan to do it slow and steady instead of trying something fast. Look at what is in your home to eat right now. Do you live at home with parents? Are you the head of a household?

    A few things you could try:

    * always use a smaller plate for your meals
    * skip seconds... grab an apple, orange, some grapes, etc. instead.
    * drink more water throughout the day
    * don't say you will give up anything, just eat less of it... 2 cookies instead of 6 for example
    * if you can't resist the temptation, then don't have the foods in your house
    * get a friend or family member who might want to lose a few pounds join you
    * for every not so healthy food choice, eat two healthy ones
    * start small... 3 servings of fruits and veggies a day, then bump it up to 4, then, 5 and so on.
    * watch your portion sizes... most people probably eat about 2-3 servings of a food without realizing it
    * always have some healthy snacks at the ready so you resist stopping for take aways, or grabbing something that is unhealthy
    * try to make most of your diet be from foods and drinks that offer some nutrition along with the calories
    * get moving in some sort of exercise everyday... squats, planks, crunches, free weights, etc. while you watch TV, for example.

    It really is a matter of just starting and keep going with it. You will slip up once in awhile... you'll have days where you don't feel like exercising... you may want to have two donuts. The point is, when those times do happen, accept it and get back on track the next day.
