    There is NO medicine that will make you fit, only exercise will do that.

    Medicine may have a side effects. This is not a safe way for a good health.To get a proper health you should have proper nutrition diet and you should have to practice yoga daily. This will surely help you.

    Medicine can not make you fit. There are supplements that can aid in bodybuilding and losing weight, but these supplements should be approved by your doctor before you use them. Otherwise the only thing that will really help in making you fit is eating right and exercising regularly. I had to do it myself... :)
