    Toto one piece toilet 1.6GPF (MS914114), how can I adjust flow of water and keep from
    Have Toto one piece toilet, 1.6gpf (MS914114). Water leaking into bowel, How can I lower water level? It has risen just above fill tube and is leaking into bowel.

    It depends what kind of fill valve is installed inside tank. Can you snap a picture of it and post it for us ?

    Thanks Milo The part is a "Lavelle #528T Toto Replacement Fill Valve.
    Just found it on Amazon and may be available at Lowe's. Will stop there tomorrow.

    These fill valves utilize "twist-and-lock" mechanism to rise and lower water level in the tank.

    Turn water OFF under the toilet and twist the upper part of the valve. Valve will unlock at its riser. Move it up or down - and twist lock it to its original position. Turn water back ON. That should do. Back to you. Milo
