First probation violation for failing drug test
My brother was arrested for failing a drug test while on probation.this was his first violation.he has been in jail since 2 days before easter.I was told today his bond is being set for 20,000.dont you think that's way too much.he has no new charges against him and he hasn't gotten into anymore trouble since 2009.he failed the test for thc and opiates.the opiates is from his pain meds and that can be proven.would like to hear back from someone with advice.thanks
