    Accused of failing a drug test that violated me for probation
    The judge order me to do a drug test in 48 hrs ask me if I was pass I told him I would. I take adderall 15mg xr which would show positive for amphetamines. I haven t smoke for 30 days and I have been clean. I went to my first day of probation and they told me I fail my drug test for marijuana and negative for amphetamines. When I was suppose to show positive for it. What should I do. I have a court hearing coming up. I am prescribe adderall for my ADHD. What should I do?

    Get with you lawyer have a copy of your percription history. The test is not good if it won't detect the add. You need to go to a lab right now and piss again to show you are clean. Be proactive!
