    Cramping at 40
    I am 40 and have been cramping a lot before and after my period. I also have herpies and was wondering if the two are related or if I might be going through mentapause

    I am reading that herpes can and also cannot cause cramping - I have no idea which is the truth.

    Have you discussed this with your Physician?

    40 is early to be going through menopause.
