    Password protected drive
    Hi
    I just purchase a 320 gb my passport ultra-portable hard drive it ask for a pass word to open i have read
    Every thing in the in manual, it show no pass word. How can i reset the system or get a p/w.

    I suspect it may have been a returned drive. Have you tried formatting it? Calling Western Digital tech support? Take it back to the store?
