Panic attacks and anxiety.
I am 18 years old and suffer from severe panic attacks and anxiety. I understand that a lot of the symptoms I experience are because I am over reacting and thinking about it too much, but I worry that what I think is myself over reacting could really be something serious. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?
