We need to replace a shower wall
We have a 36" x 48" shower, which we need to replace. We would like to use the most durable material, with minimal maintenance. Installation cost is not a concern to us. What would you suggest and why, as a replacement?

Cement base over vinyl liner, and ceramic tile walls. I prefer a composite base myself due to ease of installation. Most newer shower installs set tile on hardie backer, not drywall, and with a larger tile trend, use porcelain floor tiles. Solid feel, great looks and very low maintenance.
