This is something that you need to discuss with your health care provider. It could be a number of things that we are not able to diagnose over the internet. There are many factors that need to be discussed beginning with a health history. The internet does not provide the privacy to do that.
Please make a call to your physican tomorrow.

As j9 said, this is a sensitive subject that needs to be discussed with your doc. If it is a hormone release iud, that could be part of what the problem is. There are just too many factors and previous medical knowledge that we can't give you. Your doc is the best source for your questions.

Wait... you have a husband, AND a boyfriend? Its only been six months since you got married, and you are already cheating on him? What do you mean he had to leave abroad? Does that mean he's in the military or something?(if he is he REALLY needs to know that he doesn't have to worry about his wife while he is gone, and knowing he has your support, rather then having his wife run around on him as soon as he leaves) For your husband, and the possible baby's sake, I hope you aren't pregnant. It would be cruel to both of them. You don't sound mature enough to have a child, or a husband for that matter, if you aren't even willing to honor your marriage vows. Conception isn't to be taken lightly, nor is marriage.
