    German, married to british, can I get a passport?
    I am a german citizan, living in Scotland for 10 Years now. I got married here to a british citizen, can I get a british passport?

    Not yet, after 2 years you must pass IRL test, and on the 3rd year, if you remain married to the same guy, you will be eligible to apply for British citizenship. Then after all these, you can get British passport.
