    2001 Honda CRV died while driving won't start, battery is new. Any advice?
    The car did this about six months ago but started again a few days later and has run fine up uptil a few days ago. Engine turns over but car still won't start.

    If the CEL comes on and then goes out after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), then replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil will likely solve the problem:
