What rights do I have after 1 year 3 months of marriage have a 4 yr with this man, have been together for 8 yrs. Own 25% of home on the deed, however, its value has gone down. He makes 300k a yr. Has not allowed me to work for 4 an half yrs.

How long you were with him before marriage really has no bearing. As far as the house... you are going to share a portion of that loss. What you are and aren't entitled to however depends on where you live (laws vary state by state).. and if there were any prenuptial agreements... and what was his before the marriage will remain his... as well as what was yours before the marriage remains yours. You typically will be limited to a share of assets acquired or gained DURING the marriage, which will be few in that short time... and depending on the situation, maybe alimony and child support.
