    I'm underweight...
    My height is 5.3 and my weight is 39kg,my sister who's a medical student think I am underweight and so do I,plzzz help how I can gain weight and look healthier...

    Well I hardly take any breakfast,but I do take my lunch and dinner daily... I don't do ny exercise

    My philosophy revolves around breakfast. It's what starts my day out right, and I don't skimp out on it. A typical breakfast involves two eggs, one potato fried in a pan (not deep-fried), a banana, and a glass of juice.

    What's a typical lunch and a typical dinner? Do you snack at all during the day?
