    Make my period start
    Is there anything I can do to make my period start? I'm 3 days late and starting to get concerned about pregnancy.

    You are only 3 days late. In the medical community that is not considered late for even the most regular woman.

    The first thing you need to do is take a HPT using first morning urine. If that shows up positive, you are pregnant. If it is negative you have to wait for your period to start. If it doesn't start in about another week, test again.

    If you are not wanting to be pregnant, don't participate in risky sexual behavior. Always... ALWAYS use one or more forms of protection. But remember, that there is no form of protection that is a 100% guarantee against pregnancy.
