    Parental rights / child support
My son and I live in Florida and his father lives in Oklahoma and currently pays support (deducted from his paycheck) but owes over 12k in arrears. His wife just joined the military and he said he would have to terminate his rights if they have to move out of country (due to her assignment). Can he terminate his rights and not have to pay what he owes?

Parents can't terminate rights... Courts do. And its not likely to happen in a court.

No... they are trying to trick you out of waiving support.
