    how can i get my x-husbands car out of my name. I am co buyer on the title.
    How can I get my name off my x-husbands vehicle? Before we got divoriced I helped him to purchase a vehicle. I am co buy on the title, the insurance is in my name that he half the time won't pay for and his mother got him a new loan so at the court I was able to sign off on the loan I had for the car... but.. he has not turn that paper over to the bank. Please help! He torments me on a daily basis. How can I get this vehicle out of my name?

    CANCEL the insurance, yesterday. Why on earth are you still paying for it?
    His mother got a loan and bought you out? And it is stated thus in the divorce? Then YOU take a copy to the bank if he won't.
    Who has the title? You should have signed it over to him at the hearing.

    I may disagree, she is still co owner, so in a law suit she could be sued also if there was a wreck,

    But assuming there was a court order for him to transfer the ownership, take him back to court to have him ordered to do so, or be found in contempt
