How can I get my name off my x-husbands vehicle? Before we got divoriced I helped him to purchase a vehicle. I am co buy on the title, the insurance is in my name that he half the time won't pay for and his mother got him a new loan so at the court I was able to sign off on the loan I had for the car... but.. he has not turn that paper over to the bank. Please help! He torments me on a daily basis. How can I get this vehicle out of my name?
