    My sister left her 2 children since they were still babies.
    My sister left her two children since they were babies when she got separated with his husband, Her ex husband had a new family and my sister also had another relationship and live with him and had two children; Leaving their legal children parentless, I had to take the responsibilities and provide them all the things they need, after 11 years of abandoning the children and the eldest now going in high school, my sister show interest to the children and want to get them. Do I have any legal rights with the children after their parents abandoned them for 11 years? Please help me. - sanrio,F,39

    What country, what state?
    There was never any court or social agency involvement?

    No, you don't. But, hire a lawyer, and maybe you can get some.

    Yes you do because you have become the physcological parent please try to file a motion as soon as possible.

    You cannot answer this without knowing the location. Parental rights are not going to be set aside by the Court unless the circumstances are overwhelming.
