My sister left her two children since they were babies when she got separated with his husband, Her ex husband had a new family and my sister also had another relationship and live with him and had two children; Leaving their legal children parentless, I had to take the responsibilities and provide them all the things they need, after 11 years of abandoning the children and the eldest now going in high school, my sister show interest to the children and want to get them. You cannot answer this without knowing the location. Parental rights are not going to be set aside by the Court unless the circumstances are overwhelming.
