    Probation for first dui?
    I had an absolutely horrible day and thought if I had a few(4) beer, I would have enough time with 6 hours before I would drive. I did not. The interlock detected some alcohol and did not start. What is the punishment with the probation officer. I have had it for over a month and have not done any thing like this but now I am worried that I will have caused myself to be on a year interlock or worse yet be kicked out of the program.
