    A&F recruiting guide??
    Does anyone has any idea about the A&F recruiting guide and EEOC recruiting practice? If you do please share with me. I've been doing some researches but didn't find any useful information since on A&F's website doesn't provided much infor. Please help me

    Call them and ask - my feeling? You're too heavy (muscle or not) to wear their clothes well; thus, too heavy to be hired.

    They've been cited more than once because of their hiring practice.

    As with most companies I would say, most likely they have official policies in place, but would have often, ( many companies do) informal or common practices of hiring.
