Call them and ask - my feeling? You're too heavy (muscle or not) to wear their clothes well; thus, too heavy to be hired.

They've been cited more than once because of their hiring practice.

As with most companies I would say, most likely they have official policies in place, but would have often, ( many companies do) informal or common practices of hiring.
