    If mothers house is in three girls names who pays the taxes
    Mother had the house taken out of her name and placed the property in the three daughters name .who pays the taxes on it

    First you don't "talk something out of your name, you will give or sell it and to do this, there will be a new deed written.
    So the mother is no longer liable for taxes, the owners are.
    So the three daughters have to pay them
