I'm 15 years of age and these past few days I've been experiencing the strangest things, I keep hearing my name being called when it clearly isn't, I have been stressed over exams I haven't been sleeping well at all up in the middle of the night. Last night I was in the shower someone came into the shower room but when I blinked nothing was there same happened again but when I was asleep, I felt someone watching me I turned over and saw a large object looking down at me but then it was gone. My dad passed away a year ago could it be him checking on me to see if I'm okay, Im so scared I just hope it is nothing bad :(

Omg.. I am so sorry to hear.. I think you should go check it out with a doctor. This is clearly not normal. I think the memory of your dad is still haunting you. These things happen and I hope you feel better. Just remember all the people who love you. Don't be scared just try and forget :)

No, it's not your dad and I sincerely doubt it has anything to do with his death. You've never experienced anything like this except over the past few days?

Im sorry, and yeah thev'e been happening recently may I add I went to see a boy and his brother passed away a few years back could it be his brother because I hurt his feelings I'm so scared

No, don't worry about it being a person who has passed. How did your friend not believe you if she saw this light also? Can you describe what this light looked like and what it did? Where was it in your bedroom?
Have you played a Ouija board lately? Possibly played around with a séance? Just trying to cover some basics here...

Well she did after, it was really bright and again near my bed but in-between me and my wardrobe it was kind of like a flash from a camera but I don't think it was, I haven't played anything like that, what do you think it could be :/

Well, IF it really is a paranormal situation, it's easy to say what it is. It's more interesting to find out WHY it's there.

Of course you say you are stressed and haven't been sleeping well... I don't mean to doubt what you say, but that sort of thing can play tricks on you. Why do you think someone was in the shower with you? Did you just hear the door? The light in your room couldn't have been caused by a passing car at night?
