    I'm not finding a website for Thomas Industries, but I'm finding some suppliers that carry some "Thomas Lighting" supplies.

    Thomas Lighting is a subsidiary of Phillips Lighting.

    Their web site is Thomas Lighting :: Welcome. I took some time and searched their catalogue and did not find the model you requested.

    I cannot say I was surprised, given that we are talking about a model that is 21 years old.

    I did send a not to them on your behalf and as soon as they respond, I will post it for you.
