    What are the prons and cons of having a cartiliage piercing at 13?
    I am not 13, but I will be soon and I really want a cartiliage piercing for my birthday.My mom isn't for it but I think if I tell her the pros and cons she will!

    Where? It's illegal to pierce someone underage in some localities - with or without parental permission.

    If you aren't 13 you are actually 12 - of course.
