Deeds have to be signed and notarized in person.
You can get a quit claim deed form online (not 'quick') but you shouldn't be doing something so important and drastic and costly without a lawyer, and one licensed in your state, because each state has different real estate laws. You can ask here for advice (some from lawyers, some not), or you can pay an online lawyer (not really appropriate for this), or you can call around where you live for a quote, or hourly rate if the deed isn't all ready to go.

I shouldn't say not appropriate, but I don't think it's the best way to spend your money for filling out a deed, when people here can get you started for free.

Some counties MIGHT permit filing online, but you would have to present a copy of the deed to the registrar at some point.

A deed has to be signed by the parties. And (generally the original) has to be filed with the county registrar of deeds. So even if the county did allow one to register the transaction online, it wouldn't be official until the signed document was received.

While it is certainly possible to purchase a quit (not quick) claim deed form and have the parties sign it, there are legal and tax implications that need to be considered and dealt with. So you are much better having an attorney or, at least, a title company handle the transfer.
