PICASSO ETCHING? Hi, I am in need of Help in finding the authenticity and value?
Dated on back 1973 vuillard 4/23/73 very dark pencil etching, signed in pencil. I do not have any money "seriously" to pay for an appraisal, and have no clue to how to have it Authenticated. Please Help me. If it is real could I pay the appraisal after it is sold??

I found an etching by Paul Emile Lecomte issued by the Paris Etching Society entitled "The Stream" and number 109 SLZ. I am not familiar with Etchings but I would assume that they are similar to limited editions. Is this of any value? Thank you
