I have 2 small children who like to hold and torment my baby chiguagua
My baby chiguagua is so skinny it's scary my children torment her so much she seems very scared to eat she's so skinny compared to the rest of the litter. She is a very spunky and active dog but she won't eat all day or drink water either.

How old are your kids? Are they being taught how to treat a dog properly? Even babies can be taught that tormenting a dog isn't right. It sounds like you're going to have to spend some time teaching the kids how to be proper pet owners.

Where is the dogs food and water dish? Is it in a busy part of the house?

Until the kids learn how to properly behave around a dog, it would be best to move the dogs food and water dish to a more isolated location so that she can eat and drink without the fear of being hurt by the kids.

Last but not least, I've never heard of a chiguagua, is she a mixture of two breeds? I'd love to see pictures. :)

Yes the food dish is in an isolated area, but my kids follow her everywhere, my kids are 2 and 4, I teach them (well try) that they have to pet the dog nice and can't hold her all the time, I have to fight with them to listen. I have to hold the dog food in my hand for the dog to eat, she backs up really fast if I put her in front of bowl. If I lock bedroom door the dog will whine and cry to get out. She still won't eat. My chiguagua is a mixture of blue chiguagua and deer chiguagua.
