    Are you healthy? Does your partner want another child? You understand that you will be 63 when your child graduates high school? A lot of things to think about.

    Ultimately, it is your decision.

    This is really something you need to discuss with your dr. aside from things emland listed, you need to consider your age. While 45 isn't old, pregnancies at that age carry more risks. Only your dr can help you decide if it would be safe for you to become pregnant.
