Bumps on the head of my penis, seed-like
Under the skin but all over the head. Sesame-seed like look. I'm not circumsized and my foreskin can't retract so I can't find out on my own what the stuff is. There hasn't been any pain, I'm a virgin, don't know what the stuff is. Anyone else like this? Anyone know what it is?

Ok, so I'm 22 and for the last month or so I've had bumps on the top of the shaft under the head.
