Under the skin but all over the head. Sesame-seed like look. I'm not circumsized and my foreskin can't retract so I can't find out on my own what the stuff is. There hasn't been any pain, I'm a virgin, don't know what the stuff is. Anyone else like this? Anyone know what it is?
