Ok some I'm 26 now, and when I jerk without a lube to porn or anything else I can get a massive rock hard hard on. However it has been a good while(few years) since I've gone out and had sex, and I find when I use lube now I can only achieve a full erection some of the time and other times I can't get hard at all. I'm wanting to get back to being sexually active again now that my life is less fast paced but I don't care to get with a woman and then not be able to achieve an erection. I do smoke and drink but other than that have a healthy diet and try to exercise regularly, and like I said earlier I can get and maintain an erection with out lube and for a long time. Have I got myself used to the feeling of no lube and is that the problem and if so... do I just keep going with lube until things work out? Most people seem to can't get an erection at all or can't without lube... whats up with me?

I believe you're used to one way of getting off and when you're presented with another way it is too... different to get you off. You're used to jerking it with no lube. It has a certain feeling. Then you go have sex with lube. That is a completely different feeling. You've trained your body for one set of feelings and throwing something completely different at it.

What can you do? Masturbate less and when you do masturbate don't masturbate dry. Use lube. Also loosen your grip. You thumb should only touch your finger tips, no tighter. Don't death grip it.
