Washer spin cycle clothes still wet?
Just wondering why my water keeps running into washer during the spin cycle which leaves the clothes wet... sometimes it continues running even after spinning has stopped?

Sounds like you need to replace the water valve. It is sticking open and allowing water in even when it's not getting power. That is the valve where the two water supply hoses attach.
