    If you turned in a notice of resignation you can of course rescind it. However, your employer may already have made plans to find your replacement, so your job may not still be available to you. You should talk to your boss ASAP and see what he/she says.

    From a legal standpoint, sure. Your boss, however, is under no obligation to accept your cancellation.
